comfortable hotel with a prime location
The breakfast selection was satisfying, with options to start the day off right. The spacious room allowed for a pleasant stay, and the bed was comfortable.
Rooms could use a bit more decor to enhance the ambiance.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is very close to La Fayatte, Printemps and other stores. Also you could find a lot of restaurants to eat good food. It takes only 10 min. to Champs Elysee by taxi. The metro station is very close to hotel. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are new.
The rooms are small.

I loved the charming decor throughout the hotel. The location was fantastic, just steps from the Metro and a variety of local eateries. My room was surprisingly spacious for a Parisian hotel, with a nice closet that kept my belongings organized. Daily housekeeping kept everything clean and fresh. It felt cramped, especially when multiple guests were trying to use it. The walls were also a bit thin, so I could hear noises from adjacent rooms sometimes.

Would recommend it and I would return here. Marvellous location, good service - everything is lovely. Please let the welcoming and pleasant staff know of my gratefulness for a fine stay. The hotel has the restaurant for breakfast or dinner.

Friendly staff; Easy to reach, quite location; Nearest bus stop at 30m, nearest metro stations at 240m and 280m distance. Location is within walking distance to Opera, shopping centers, major museums, major sights. Internet connection available in every room is free of charge and is a great advantage, while many hotels are charging exorbitant hourly fees for internet connection.
Very small elvator cabin. However, not a big problem.

The hotel is well placed. Within easy walking distance of the metro and good eating options. The hotel is undergoing some renovations in the foyer which look to be excellent. The rooms are small but adequate for our needs. If you don't spend a lot of time in your room it is not a problem.Good choice for a paris stop over. Wi Fi and small fridge was good for us.Staff were very helpful and very friendly. They were able to help us with a few extra things.

The location was very good although line 7 does not serve much but paris metro takes you anywhere. The price was cheap and the hotel staff was kind and very friendly. They offered to help us lots of times. Free wi-fi in every room
We could hear and feel the metro passing although we were at the 3rd floor. We could hear other people taking a shower too. Our room (opera) was very very tiny. We could barely fit our luggage on the floor. Also there was no bathroom door, there was only something like a wooden curtain which we had to role. The room service was daily but they didn`t change the seets, they just make the bed and change the towels. The furniture were a bit old and the main carpet of the hotel was very dirty. The couch of the lobby which is the only one was very virty too! Why don`t you change it??? Breakfast is poor and costs 7 euros but you find many patisseries near the hotel to have your breakfast

We hit up Palais Garnier and took a stroll through le Marais. The place was super clean. The staff were friendly. Perfect location for exploring, and they even let us store our bags after check-out!
The only downside was that we found the walls a bit thin. Neighbor noise kept us up one night, but it wasn't a dealbreaker since we had such a great time overall.

THis Hotel is very well situated and easy walking to O'pera area also close to the Metro tube train for traveling through the city. Lots of local restaurants nearby and good choice. Good local bakery nearby for breakfast/packed lunch etc. Staff are helpful, room was cleaned daily and good for weekend break. Also you can walk fom the Garde de Norde (about 10 mins) I liked this hotel and can recommended it.
I liked the hotel a lot, only slight odd thing is there was not air conditioning in my room that I ordered but it does have good fan units.

Location was good, near Cadet metro station. The mother and son team running the hotel were polite and helpful.
We weren't warned that there are major roadworks outside the hotel, meaning we couldn't drive anywhere near. This made finding the hotel and unloading bags very difficult. There were also refurbishments going on in the hotel which meant breakfast was served in a tiny room at the back. This was cramped and extremely awkward for all guests. We usually had to wait until one set of guests had finished before we could get in. The room was dark and cramped and had a musty smell. It wasn't especially clean and was full of fungus gnats. The sink was cracked and the bath a half size. Loud noise from other rooms especially above where we heard everything from bathing to conversation.

Walking distant to shopping place, just 2 mins walk to Metro station.
The hotel is still under renovation. Breakfast is disappointing with only basis food (bread, corn flakes, juice & coffee). Wifi was terrible, not able to connect most of time.
